Question / Help Pixel recording when moving

I do videos on YouTube and OBS works fine but... everytime when im moving/driving OBS is just thinking "Well let's put it on 480p" but then when im standing still its again 1080p. What should i do to fix it.

Set custom buffer to 0 and uncheck CBR.

Thats because you didn't set a custom buffer of 0.
