so yea I have pixel and glitch no matter what I do. I past the last week or so on this and can find a way to fix this. Help!
First of all here's my log:
2019-07-03 21-38-20.txt

Second, here's a video of what it look like. you'll see what I mean at 0:25, 0:36, 1:41 and so on....

Third, here my conection:

Fourth, here's my system.
i7 6700K 4.00ghz
16GB ram (ddr4 I think)
Nvidia GeForce GTX 970
Windows 10

Fifth, here what I tried:
-increase bitrate = more dropped frame and more glitches/artefacts
-decreased bit rate = more pixel, low quality and still some glitches.
-yes my port is open. it helped a bit.
-yes I deactivated my antivirus. It helped a bit
-yes I tried diferent server to stream on. this is the best I found.
-changing fps from 30 to 60. at 60 I have less dropped frame. not sure if it give more glitches.
-setting b-frame to 0 = it helped a lot
-changing resolution; between 720 and 480 I dont see any diference to be honest.

6. please helps. I don't know what to do anymore......

7. sorry for my bad english. i'm french.

8. thanks y'all for you time and help. :D

Don't put multiple game captures in a single scene, it is non-performant. Use one game capture per scene and reconfigure per game, or put separate game captures in separate scenes or scene collections.

Increasing bitrate only increases dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth. It looks like you've dropped as low as 1900 and an output resolution of 480p because of this; but as a result, you have low quality.

22:08:38.723: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 727 (9.0%)

You are dropping a significant number of frames even at 1900 kbps. Your connection is simply not able to sustain a bitrate high enough for quality streaming.

The glitches you're viewing are probably moments where the connection quality drops and then recovers.

It looks like you're streaming FTL, which is supposed to be low latency, but have you also configured the stream to have a delay? I'm not sure what this message is about, and it occurs frequently in your log.

Ok thanks. I'll reconfigure my scene and check if it's better.

Non I haven't put any delay. Should I?

my connection should be good to sustain 1900 kbs. I have a 5mbs upload.

So I don't understand why my connection can't take it....

General speed test results generally have no connection whatsoever to streaming performance. Your ISP sells you a given speed from your computer to the nearest point in their network, and speedtest apps test only this portion of your connection (last mile).

Bandwidth to any other locations on the Internet will generally be lower.

There is a specific tool for testing connections to Twitch servers. I'm not aware of anything equivalent for Mixer.

ok thanks tested with twitch. bandwith stable at 5800. so probably not a problem due to bandwith. I have things to do today. I'll keep update about setting one game capture per scene

ok so something realy weird. on twitch everything is fin. dropped frame 0. but on mixer. it just don't work and I realy whant to stream on mixer. any idea?

Ok so tanks for the rtmp idea. Now I have zero dropped frame BUT the bitrate on all the server are shit. Always on the red. And in twitch I have a 5000kbs stable always in the green.

So yea. A new problem here -_-"

And noth my bandwidth because in twitch it's perfect.

Yea I'm stubborn. I whant to stream on mixer...

Thanks tho. That is a huge step forward.
