Question / Help pixal and blur

I'm slightly new OBS.

I'm currently trying to stream with 1.5 upload and running a i7330 with gtx 1070

Currently playing a 3rd person shooter (1920x1080) and require alot of movement however, my stream is quite pixal'd and blurry.

What can i do to make the stream watchable with minimum pixals and blur.

You won't be able to stream in 1080p with that poor of upload speed. Downscale to something like 560p or 480p, and use 1000 bitrate.
