Hi, I am trying to follow this guide to use OBS to pipe a live stream recording to a virtual webcam with roboflow.

I am unsure how to accomplish this step: With OBS, we set up a virtual webcam and piped a live screen recording to a virtual webcam. Then, in infer-async.py, specified the script to use the OBS virtual camera instead of the laptop's hardware camera.
Could someone explain what the virtual camera and live stream recording is, and how to direct the appropriate one to infer-async.py?
