Question / Help Ping spikes while streaming?

Hey guys pretty new to streaming. Read a few guides and seem to have it all set up except for the fact my ping spikes super high when i start streaming to twitch. my game does not lag and the stream does not lag but i get huge ping. Like ill click to move and it will take a few seconds to move there. No fps lag tho. I am streaming LOL. I dont know what info i need to provide to get some help but whatever it is ill be sure to provide it. Thanks guys in advance

Make sure not to use all of your upload speed for streaming because the game will also need it.
