I'm not totally sure why my ping is so unstable whenever I stream. I'm somewhat convinced it's just the shitty quality of Baja Broadband, but if there's anything I can change to make it better I'm all for it. Most the time it's not a base ping increase it's just spiky. I've tried with and without minimize network impact nothing seems to really help.
