Question / Help Ping rising from 50 to 65-80 while streaming

Alright! Here's the thing, I just moved into a new apartment, and all that I could get from the ISP was:

12-24 mbps DL, 1-3 mbps UL.
Results were:

14 mbps dl,
~2 mbps ul
(usually at 2).

I'm a good player and I wanted to start streaming, I have always wanted to. So I started checking settings all over the web, found some, experimented some... I am satisfied with the quality, not the best but if it was someone elses stream with good content I would watch it. However, I am not satisfied with the ping.

When I'm not streaming I'm at 48-51 ping, which is pretty okay to play with, without a huge drop in skilled play. When streaming though, I rise to 70-80 ping, which really affects my gameplay.

I found this thread after a while, he had the same issue. It seems that he got his problem solved, through various kinds of help but mostly through an old beta (page 2). Although, that beta feature has probably been implemented to the current version of OBS for everyone.
Or, has it?

I printscreened all my settings (except audio) to make things easier for you.

What is the solution to my problem to maintain my ping around 50? Please, help me!
If it's of any help, my computer is VERY good and handles any game currently on the market, maxed out.

Thank you for your time.

If you're getting high ping, that means your stream and the game are competing too much for your internet connection. First try enabling "Minimize Network Impact" in Broadcast Settings, and if that still doesn't help, try lowering the bit rate that you are streaming at.
