Question / Help Ping problems

So I've been trying to stream battlefield 4 for like a week now, looking for any type of solutions so hopefully you guys can help me.

Everytime I go to stream my ping immediately skyrockets, and i start lagging/stuttering in game. please help me!!

My Specs:
Windows 7
CPU: i7-4770k @ 3.5 overclocked to 4.4
GPU: NVIDIA GeGorce GTX 770
Memory: 16 gb

Speedtest: around 8 MB/s upload

Bitrate: 2000
Fps: 30

I'm under the impression that that is good upload speed. Is it the game that sucks up all of my bandwith?
Thank you for any help

If you're getting high ping, that means your stream and the game are competing too much for your internet connection. First try enabling "Minimize Network Impact" in Broadcast Settings, and if that still doesn't help, try lowering the bit rate that you are streaming at.
