Question / Help Ping Problems

Hey guys,
Im using OBS studio and i can stream Single player games very well.
But when im trying to Stream any online game i get huge Ping problems, even tough my Upload rite is quite high
Downrate is lige 10mbits an up is like 15 mbits (very strange numbers but i got Hybrid-Internet and the downstream is always diffrent). I have to go down with my upload rate to 1000 kbits which allows me to stream in just 480p. Im just wondering that the upload rate influences the downrate, and so the ping, that much. And if there are any fixes for this.
Would be very happy if you can help me :)
Greetings your kreftiboy

If you saturate your upstream bandwidth with the stream, that will absolutely screw up your ping (and everything else about your online play). You need to leave enough spare bandwidth for other things, like the game, to be able to pass packets back and forth.

Yea but im just able to play without lags with 1mbits of my 15 mbits upstream. Does upstream affect the downstream?
Here are my results from a speedtest, normally its like 10mbits down 15 mbits up.
And thank you for you answer =)

If you use up all your upstream bandwidth with a stream, as I said, there's none available for the game to communicate with the server. It doesn't directly affect your downstream bandwidth, but if the game server isn't able to receive any data from the game on your PC, that's going to cause you problems, isn't it?

Beyond that, I'd say that if using (say) half of your available upstream bandwidth is causing you issues then there's a problem with your internet connection. Reading up on what "hybrid internet" is, could be that maybe once you get over a certain level with your stream it's pushing your game communication onto the mobile network, which might be the cause of your bad ping times.
