So I had some problem when i stream. I try to stream on League of Legends.
When I'm not in game I had no problem, the bitrates is at 400/500 but when I'm ingame It's go to 800 and I have 200 pings,
so it's unplayable.
My config on OBS is : enable CBR max bitrate 400,buffer 300
codec AAC bitrate 80
For the quality 1,5 (1280x720) (basic at 1920x1080)
My PC config is : Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz
8Go
64bits system
AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series
