I've been using OBS for around a month now. About a day or two ago I noticed that my photoshop actions lag out (slightly delay to severe at times) only when I have OBS recording. Previews, streaming, recording to my PC, etc. I have no lag whatsoever when I use Photoshop without OBS turned on. Under "Monitor capture" the lag is to the point I cannot use it. When I use "window capture" the lag is noticeable, but I can work around it. Is there any settings, changes, adjustments I can make to fix this? I can post PC specs if need be but the PC can certainly handle it all.
