Phantom Partial Source Boxes in Upper Left Hand Corner

Hello
I'd been running an older 32-bit version and decided to update. Now, whenever I open OSB there is a phantom box above my source preview, covering the menu line. If I'm in studio mode, there are 2. It shows only one part of my source (regardless of fullscreening it). I tried rolling back to the latest version of 29 64-bit and still have the issue. I haven't tried going back to a 32-bit version. Sometimes, if I'm resizing the window, the transition center column is doubled as well (and mouseover only seems to work on the center column that's on top).

FWIW, I've tried running in admin, deleting and reinstalling, and clearing the files from "C:\ProgramData\obs-studio-hook"

Thanks for the advice! I realized that sometimes my computer will use a different video driver if I'm using an external monitor. I normally use OBS single screen (my laptop screen is 4k), but I happened to be plugged into a 1080p external. I noticed that OBS looked right on that monitor. Googling that somehow brought me to this thread. The instructions provided there said
Open Windows Explorer and browse to: C:\Program Files\obs-studio\bin\64bit
Right click on obs64.exe, select properties.
Select the compatibility tab
Click Change High DPI Settings button.
Check the "Override high DPI scaling behavior." Select 'Application' from the pull-down.
OK, Apply, OK

When I went into High DPI Settings, Override high DPI scaling behavior was already checked. I unchecked it and instead checked the Program DPI ("Use this setting to fix scaling problems for this program instead of the one in Settings"). Now, OBS works on my main screen. Just out of curiosity, I undid the changes (went back to just having "High DPI scaling override" checked, scaling performed by application), and OBS still seems to function correctly, though when I changed to my external 1080p monitor the interface was huge. Changing the scaling to be performed by "system (enhanced)" brought back the problem. Changing the scaling to be performed by just the system (not enhanced) seems to let OBS function correctly on my main monitor AND my external monitor.
