Bug Report Phantasy star Online 2 and OBS - Crashes and Frame lag

Doing a search, it seems few might of had this problem but no direct possible answer of help to it, so I might as well ask here about it directly. Now, PSO2 is absolutely notorious for its crazy Security system, preventing game capture. That's alright, cause frankly I play it in windowed and I can just use Window capture. Easy peasy, right?

Well, here is where things get tricky. I run the game at a solid 30-35 FPS at best, but when I capture it with OBS, OBS plays it in a 5-13 frame rate, before inevitably crashing after 30 seconds. During the time it does record though, Screen tears and other likes are very frivolous, and occasional frozen 'pauses' in the play. It must be something specific to me, as I can find several recordings of the game running just fine without problem from other people using OBS.

Any ideas? Also, it won't let me upload the .dmp It's asking for, do I mirror it somewhere?

Well, the actual encoder itself is crashing, so you can try enabling CFR (has helped some people) or disabling any overclocks. Unstable overclocks can cause these sorts of crashes.

Edit: My fault, I figured out where CFR was. Trying now..
Edit2: Tried CFR. It hooked to PSO2 faster, but now the frames are farther apart. According to friends I sent to my channel, it also is not connecting.

It's possible that gameguard is interfering in some way even with window capture.

It's plausible, but then it also retains the question of why others have been able to make footage? Only conclusion I can come to is maybe an update on gameguard's end.

I had also just now figured out, that it's the ingame itself. The stream plays the videos fine in the full 60 FPS. Unsure what's causing it, however.
