Question / Help Personal Vsync issue

I wanted to stream Overwatch recently however I'm forced to stream with V-sync on otherwise the frames are not OK for my set streamquality. I wondered exists a way to stream a game like overwatch at 720p 60fps without needing to use V-sync so i can play@144fps and stream runs at 60? Maybe I missed something ^^
