Question / Help Perpetual White Screen

I have an issue in OBS where my screen is white no matter what scene or source I click on. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, as well as running it as an admin. Normally, clicking on a source either on the screen or in the sources box is suppose to highlight it, but the screen is just white and doesn't do anything.
The pic I'm showing isn't my picture, but it's one with the exact same issue with the white screen and I've never seen it resolved. For some reason my picture wouldn't upload correctly. The site kept telling me it ran into a problem.

Not sure how to cap my screen on my keyboard (I'm using windows on a mac and using a mac keyboard). Tried to get a picture from my phone but as it said in the original post, it's not letting me upload it. I googled to see if anyone had the same issue and found the screenshot in images.The log file is indeed mine.

The white screen issue is exactly the same, my scenes and sources are just a little different. As I said though, the problem doesn't seem to have anything to do with what scene or source I'm using. I've tried every source.
