I have been trying to figure out what's causing it and today i did some testing with Cinebench R15, and thought the results were kinda interesting.
First i did my baseline score without having any programs running at all except for cinebench:
http://prntscr.com/ihfq1r Score of 1676 with my Ryzen 1700 @ 3.8 ghz
Then only program that i open is OBS and i tested with and without preview being on
With preview being on my score was 1590 (http://prntscr.com/ihfr5q)
And without it being on 1599 (http://prntscr.com/ihfrfu)
All the testing was done without streaming/recording on OBS, and OBS only using around 1,7 - 2,0% of my CPU (http://prntscr.com/ihfrvg)
Personally i don't think this type of performance loss is normal, but maybe someone wiser can explain me if it is. Also would appreciate any suggestions how to improve the situation
