I know some of you guys out there are pretty damn good with this. So I figured this would be the best place to ask you guys for suggestions to make my stream the best possible quality while at the same time running smooth.

What game do you want to stream at the moment? Your system specs isn't really good for streaming and gaming at the same time. So you might have sacrifice the performance of either one.

If your processor isn't overclocked at all, I suggest no higher than 480p 30fps, but you can pump up the bitrate rather nicely. Don't go much over 3000 bitrate/buffer or some people will have trouble watching. (Though really, even anything over 2000 is excessive for 480p).
