Question / Help Perfect Stream Settings

Hello Guys.
I have a question too you pros which settings i can use with my PC/ Internet i tested many but im noob at that so :)

Speccs:
2.8mb Upload
i7 3770 3.4ghz quadcore
nvidia gtx 670
motherboard: asrock z77 performance
RAM : 8gb corsair

I hope you guys can hellp me out with perfect settings

settings can only be optimal depending on how much action is going on the screen. but anyways since you're streaming cod here is a great profile.
resolution 1280x720
bitrate 2464 bufsize 7392
aac 96
quality 7
fps 45
preset "faster"

2464 bitrate and 7392 max buffer :O

i only have 2800kbits upload how can that work :O

And yes im primary just streaming Black Ops 2

Well with this setting my ping ingame spikes from 70 too 400 hmm
I dont have frame drops just at joining a game but thats normal when it starts i guess

i've checked the vod.. go to broadcasting settings and enable "minimize network impact" also lower the quality to 6

Hmm still spiking to 500 ddont know why. isnt the buffer size of 7392 too high ( because i dont even have this bandwith:)
Ive checked the video of the broadcast its very laggy

it says that you're not using the "minimize network impact" option, you can find this from your broadcasting settings. and while you're there change the server frankfurt to london or amesterdam for more stability.

also if you're playing the stream while you're streaming pause it.

I am it still spikes to 200 and i have little laggs fps drops from 60 to 25
