Question / Help Perfect OBS settings for my specs please

RAM: 4 GB (3.47 Usable)

OS: Windows 8.1 64 bit

HDD: 1TB

Resolution: 1360x768

Mouse: Logitech MX 518

KeyBoard: Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Desktop 7000

There aren't really going to be perfect settings as your hardware is quite underpowered. You might be able to get away with a 1.75 or a 2.0 downscale at 30FPS, but even that might be pushing it.
