Greetings.

A famous danish streamer published a "OBS Guide" wich i followed and have the same settings as him, but people watching my stream have problems with buffering ever 5-8 second. First i thought it was my internet that was too slow, but got my brother to follow the guide and try stream now that he have 200d/200u, but people had problems at him aswell, i have been searching everywhere to find a solution but couldn't find anything, so i decided to make a post here, hopefully you guys can help.

Here's my recent logfile: https://gist.github.com/6fb4c29b777611ff541e

Edit: I have to mention, it's not all viewers that have this problem, i had some friends to watch, some of them didn't have the problem

Twitch have this issue from time to time, nothing you can really do about it until they upgrade their infrastructure. Tell your viewers to refresh the page, that sometimes help.

I just don't think it's twitch, since my friend have this buffer problem when he watches me and my brothers stream, but not when he watched other lower tier streams :/

You said in your first post: " I have to mention, it's not all viewers that have this problem, i had some friends to watch, some of them didn't have the problem"
So there is your answer, if your output you send to twitch would have problems, how in gods name could some people watch it fine? :)

If you want no buffering problems at all, try a service like hitbox.tv for example.

Oh, well then again, it's kinda sad that i can't change whether people can watch it or not, still i don't know how many watching my stream have this problem, cause people would normally just leave if they have problems with buffering, and if 50% of the viewers have this problem there is really no reason to use twitch, tho it's "the top site" currently. Lets just hope they will fix this buffer problem then :)

Okay, i found a solution, i was using the 32 bit of obs, and i tried using the 64 bit version instead, and suddenly my 3 friend didn't have the buffer problem anymore

That is not the reason it got fixed. Network conditions and load fluctuate throughout the day. They just happened to get a better connection after you switched.

But if i use 32 bit again, they have the same issue again, so i believe it's the solution, i might be wrong :)
