Question / Help People say my stream lags but I don't see it?

When I stream I get no dropped frames or internet lag. But people are saying my stream is lagging? Here is my info.

Your log indeed does seem fine. It could be on the user's end, or the server's end. Not entirely sure unfortunately. Does the vod play okay?

Yeah it does, it must be user end then some people it's fine and others tell me they can't watch it at all.

I have noticed that non-partnered streams (or just streams with low viewer counts) always get served to the viewer from the San Francisco CDN rather than one closer to the viewer. This is probably contributing to the problem, unfortunately.

Twitch has said that with the new HLS system now in place they can work on things like serving more streams from CDNs closer to the viewer, but no idea when that will kick in. For now, the only way to alleviate the issue for your viewers is to keep lowering bitrate until the problem stops =/
