I hope someone can help me with this, I feel like its a pretty basic set up issue with common equipment but I can't figure out whats going wrong. I'm using an Elgato HD60 Pro to stream my Xbox One through my computer to twitch and am also using Astro A40s with mix amp and Blue Yeti for the microphone.
My microphone will obviously pick up the game audio and spotify from my desktop which would create a loop or echo. So if I plugged the usb from the Astro mix amp to use the headset through my computer so I should get all the audio through the headset and nothing would come out of the pc speakers to play back through the microphone but it doesn't work. With the mix amp plugged into the computer I get the pc audio but as soon as I switch on the Xbox, the headphone drop all pc audio and I can only hear the game audio.
My question is, what OBS settings or set up do I need so that I can hear the game audio from the console, desktop audio (music for the stream) through my headset so it isn't broadcast from the speakers in the room through the microphone?
