Question / Help PC Struggling to Stream

Hello,

I can stream using NVIDIA Shadow play with barely any FPS loss, but when using OBS I lag alot!.

Specs :

GTX 970
i5 3570K
8GB DDR3
Win10
60mb Download & 20MB Upload

Does anyone have any recommended settings to make it MORE Internet dependant and less CPU dependant / any general help to make it run smooth with no buffer/lag.
