Question / Help Pc specs for streaming?

Ok since my last post i decided i really need a new computer. I have picked out some parts but will they be good for running games and streaming at 720p?

CPU

AMD A10-6790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler
Akasa Nero 3 50.5 CFM CPU Cooler
Memory

AMD 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

I wouldn't recommend a AMD APU. You should get a relatively recent Intel i5 or preferablt an i7
