PC Noob In Need of Help!!

Using OBS+Streamlabs while i streamed nothing looked off but for my recorded Vids during the streams they look terrible very pixelated and barely watchable.
I soon tried using Relive on my PC and Streams look nice and the recorded vids look insanely more clear. Could this be a Spec issue with my setup or is it something im not understanding.
I dont have any log folder for Streamlabs+Obs but in the regular obs folder this is the last Log i have.

I don't do gaming, nor 60fps, so can't be sure, but 6000kbps seems low for 1080p 60fps, isn't it. I'm running 4500kbps for 720p 30fps
And why on the original v260.0.0 vs the more current patched version(s)?

Are are you running Streamlabs OBS (which is NOT OBS Studio, which is what this forum is for). If you are looking for Streamlabs support, you should got to streamlabs.com (or wherever)
