PC lags while streaming after a few minutes

The problem occurs since yesterday, just that I turned on the live, it got stuck and became very slow. I used the same configuration as always. Last night the only thing I did that could have affected something was to update Windows and install a plugin for the OBS (obs multi rtmp or something like that). I backed up my settings and reinstalled obs but the problem persists and only when I stream.

1 - that log is missing 15-30+ seconds of Recording and/or Streaming

your most likley issue is
14:44:37.802: YUV mode: Rec. 709/Full

you don't have a computer and GPU capable of handling that color spectrum ... Go back to the default Partial instead of Full

Thanks for your answer Lawrence, unfortunately that did not help, what I realized after some tests, is that when I changed the AMD H.264 encoder for x264 everything goes normally, apparently it is a problem of my graphics, some driver. I know I do not have the best equipment, but as I commented earlier in the post, I had already made a live with the same configuration playing Fortnite in medium - high graphics and I was going at 60fps at all times in OBS.
