PC Hard Crash | PC restart while streaming Diablo 4

I have a heavy problem. I played and streamed Diablo 4 Server Slam on Friday without any problems, on Saturday morning still everythings fine, i did a break and started again with D4 at about 6pm, from there i get after, playing about 1-2 hours, a hard crash, all 3 monitors going black and my pc restarts. Today the same issue, it happens totally random, sometimes in a dungeon sometimes somewhere else. I did some benchmark stresstests like Firestrike, Firestrike extreme, Timespy and so on, the system is stable.
I also streamed with obs studio 29.1.1 but the crashes happen without streaming too!
Hardware:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
GPU: Zotac RTX 3070 Aorus Master 8GB DDR6
Mainboard: MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Prob 2x16GB 3600
PSU: Be Quiet! Straight Power 11 750 W Platinum
i play on 2K 100Hz
Software:
Windows 10 Home Build 21H2
latest Nvidia Drivers
latest OBS Studio 29.1.1

I´m really feared about streaming again, cause i don´t know if my psu or gpu is broken!
I don´t have any problems with the temps cpu and gpu are about at 60degrees both, i also have no overload or something else. The system runs completely smooth. OBS Logs are attached from Friday to Sunday.
Please help!!!

Your GPU is crashing, usually overclocking, outdated drivers, overheating, HAGS or other hardware problems will cause this.

Sorry my english isn´t that good, do you mean i should remove my graphics card and replug it?
I don´t use any overclocking, i have the latest nvidia driver installed (vers. 531.79), my temperatures are absolutely fine about 60 degrees while gaming and streaming.
HAGS is turned off!

You could try using DDU to remove the GPU driver and then do a clean install It might have gotten corrupted somehow
That would eliminate driver issues
Have you looked at the Windows Event Viewer after a hard crash or go back to check it at the time of the crash to see what was reported

Hi, yes in the Event Viewer i have all the time the pc reboots a "critical" Kernel Power with ID 41.
I will do a clean driver install in the next hours.

To troubleshoot potential driver issues with your GPU, you can try using Display Driver Uninstaller to remove the current GPU driver completely. Afterward, perform a clean installation of the driver. This process can help resolve any corruption that might have occurred. By eliminating driver issues, you can improve the stability and performance of your GPU.
thanks i will try that

What i want to mention is, at the moment i stopped playing Diablo IV and tried another game like Cyberpunk 2077 and Fallout 3(modded with little bit higher gpu/cpu usage) i had no more problems. I also started the stream with bandwith mode and run Firestrike Extreme and Timespy without any problems. Today i will try Cyberpunk for a couple of hours and see what happen.
I posted the problem in the Blizzard Forums and there are a couple guys with the same problem, some of them doesn´t use any streaming or recording software....i also see that some had this problem in the beta in march 2023. But it looks like a very rare problem...
