Question / Help PC Game Capturing

Quick question! What kind of Source do I use to capture PC games? Right now I was using Monitor Capture because when I select Game Capture I don't see the game or "window" in the list?

That explains it. . . It was Forza 6 lol. So any Microsoft games won't work??

So like Monitor capture? Why is it like that? And would Monitor capture reduce the visual/video quality?

It's like that because microsoft made it purposely difficult to capture.
It MAY not reduce quality, but that depends on system performance.
