Question / Help PC FPS Question & Help Please

i'am trying to live stream a pc games but the 30fps in my settings dont match the obs when streaming its just giving me 12 fsp and its lagging bad . i am using game capture dose anybody know what the problem is ?

thats some really old hardware mate :( you probably have to downscale by a lot more than just 2.0

also how are you using game capture when it says that you dont even have a single source used :s?
 
I dont have any problems normally it just being today with the fps staying at around 14 when its set to 30 fps i was using window capture to capture the pc game in windowed mode and i can stream movies and music without any problems so i am abit confused lol

obviously you can stream music and movies the players literally take 5% cpu usage if even ... but your system gets quite some load if it has to play games, capture the game and encode the game therefore your system throttles the fps on obs because it cant keep up at any point when you try to play games and stream thats why you might try lowering the output resolution even more

You may have to select the bicubic or bilinear filter. If lanczos doesn't compile on your system then your video card just may not support it.
