Question / Help PC and connection good enough for a SC2 stream?

Hello guys, this is actually my settings:
Core i5 2500 3.3GHz
GTX 650 2GB DDR5 (i will change for a Radeon HD 7850 2gb)
1x8GB DDR3 Corsair Vengeance
and this is my connection test

That's a pretty bad upload rate. You might be able to get a blurry 360p stream out of that, but don't expect anything nice-looking. You can always just download it and try it out to see how well it performs.

Hm... i see, i think the i will change my IPS soon and get at least 1mb upload, could i stream with 480p without problems with this settings?

It would be kinda tough, still. To stream at good quality, you probably need at least 3 Mbps upload available, maybe 2Mbps for good 480 or even 720p for SC2. Again, you can always try it and see if you're happy with the quality.

Note, that's 3mbps constant, not peak. Speedtest measures peak (which is acceptable for dead-file transfers), but run a test at http://testmy.net/upload with the 6MB test to determine your constant available throughput (which is the important one for livestreaming, and determines what kind of bitrate you can use without getting lag/stutter/dropped frames).
