Question / Help Pb with my soundcard daw

Hi everyone !

First of all, my goal is : streaming sound of my sequencer sofware Cubase.

I got an issue with my soundcard wich is a multichanel one.
When i want to stream sound from windows there is no probleme. No matter wich soft i use ( bs player, vlc or other ) it s working. On the other hand, when i play my music in the sequencer cubase , it doesnt work, sound is no streaming ! I ve checked, Cubase use the same physical outputs as windows. Does someone have already had this kind of daw's problem ? Is there a solution ???

Cubase uses ASIO driver mode, which is not a Windows native sound driver. Any ASIO audio coming from Cubase cannot be captured by default means.

That being said though. Download ReaPlugs x64, make sure to install ReaStream https://www.reaper.fm/reaplugs/

Toss a ReaStream onto your master channel in Cubase, set it to default, send to 127.0.0.1
In OBS, add a Vst filter to your desktop audio device, ReaStream, Receive default
