Pause shortcut

Hello. I will record my full screen with a google slide lesson. then OBS will be in background
To pause the recording I have to exit from full screen and click on pause

Can I have a keyboard shortcut to pause and restart the recording?
I have also a philips foot dictation control , I cannot use it?
