Question / Help Partial Screen Freeze

I'm currently trying to record some games from the ZSNES emulator. The emulator itself has no problems but when I start recording, the bottom right quadrant and a small square on the top right stays frozen. I've tried every fix I can think of with no luck, but I'm not very knowledgable with this program. Has anyone come across this before or know how to fix it?

Does it work with other programs?
Which capture method are you using? Have you tried others?
Does Window Capture with Compatibility Mode enabled make a difference?

If your CPU is powerful enough I'd recommend just using Higan instead of ZSNES and see if you get any better results.

It's doing the same with other programs, but the frozen portion is a different size. Monitor capture works fine, but windowed mode would be my best option. Compatibility mode did not make a difference.
I think a good temporary fix would be to use monitor capture and trim it down in Premiere.

If it's happening with everything you capture then something else is going on. Are you running any other software that can display an overlay, e.g. to show your CPU/GPU temperatures or load, frame rate, voice comms, etc.? If so try closing it.
