If your talking about Screen Regioning on top of the Pandora App, make sure layered windows is selected when capturing the window, and use Chroma Key to take out the black back so only the white text is showing, doubt this will be a feature since its hard to read what Is actually playing, unlike other sites like last.fm and grooveshark. Hope this helps.
What I am using is "Untamed Now Playing". It was originally for xsplit but it also works on OBS. If you are using Chrome this can be useful for you since all it does is picks up anything you listen to in pandora, youtube, or some other websites, and makes it into a .txt document onto your computer.
Once installed, it should open up a page asking where you want the .txt document to be created at and other settings. Within the text options in obs, theres is this option that allows you to use a document. If you use the .txt document that Untamed creates on your computer, it should work and automatically changes the text to whatever youre listening to.
