PANASONIC HC-X1500 - OBS - FB Live

Please help:

We just got a new video cam for live streaming and it is super laggy on FB live via OBS software
Anyone has experienced this issue? This works perfectly when we use an IPHONE.

Tried changing FPS on obs to match with FB's 60fps requirement but still an issue.
Dont seem to find any setting that we can change in the video cam itself.

Have you lowered your streaming bitrate in OBS? I use blackmagic HDMI capture from Sony gear on YouTube 5x a week 1080p @60fps and don't have any lagging issues. Have you checked the stats dock to see is there are rendering issues?
