Our All In One gave up the ghost. Was using my personal laptop to stream video until we got new Mini PC, Beelink SER 8745HS for church services. On the laptop and the new mini the Ptzoptics Plugin controller I noticed the pan/tilt freezes and unfreezes during the live stream. Lately I have panned out the stream to allow the Pastor to walk back in forth on stage. A few times He did walk out of frame and was unable to move the camera. Sometimes for a second or two. Other times longer in which I had to kill the stream. Later I unloaded a thumbnail with just the audio. Researched on the internet and found it has to do with the form factor of the laptop and mini pc settings. Saying this , I have come across the same and different answers for the fix. Controls are over ethernet cable POE. Video through hdmi to Magwell video capture unit. Unload speed is usually between 45-52 Mbps. Could use some help before attempt remedy. I thank you in advance.
