Question / Help PAL settings

Hello. I've been using OBS for a while now, only for recording. Then I have used the recording in a editing software to make DVD:s. I've managed to get that to work, although the editing software complaints about that the recording
is in the wrong format:

”The clips you dragged to the workspace contain one or more video clips with
a (NTSC) TV format. Your preferred TV format setting is (PAL).”
And then it says, it will handle this, but it could be a quality loss because of that.

So the OBS recording is in NTSC format, but, since I live in Sweden, we have PAL format on TV here,
and the editing software is set to PAL format.

The DVD:s work ok, but I'm wondering if I could set the OBS to record in PAL format.
Is that possible, and how do I do that?

Just wanted to drop in on this as I had the same issue when trying to record footage from an old VHS Camcorder.. I found the answer elsewhere, but since this page is one of the first results when searching the issue I thought I'd post a resolve here. You can change OBS Video recording from NTSC to PAL under Settings > Video > Common FPS Values.

Thats how you solved the black and white problem when you recorded the footage from an VHS?
