Question / Help Packet loss without PING in-game

Hi, i have 4mbs of upload speed and i get packet loss with just 500 of bitrate.
What could be the reason?

I have this:
Phenom II x4 965 3.4ghz
MSI rcyclone hd6850 1gb
80 mb download, 4 mb upload speed.

I get packet loss, but i dont get PING in-game, so the bitrate can't be the reason, i dont know what is happening.

Sry for my bad english, i'm from Chile.

By packet loss you mean framedrops ?

Try changing the server

I tried with San Francisco and Los Angeles, i did a test, and both gave me lower ping.
But, i'm trying to say, that cant be the reason, because i dont get ping in-game, it's just the packet loss.

Ping to your game and framedrops are not related, those are different servers.
If you are in Chile, try Miami or NY.

Maybe you don't really have 4mbit up. Try making a speedtest, both local (Chile) and International (to Miami)

If you have packet loss you should contact your ISP as it's likely a problem with your line. Use www.pingtest.net to verify.

I have JAVA already installed, and that dont let me see the packet lost, what can i do?
