Question / Help Packet loss while streaming.

Here's the most recent log, the log analyzer didn't show any problems with it. I've tried lowering the bitrate however the issue persists. My speedtest shows that I should be able to stream at this speed, so I'm not sure what is going on. The stream never drops packets, however it other programs will begin to drop packets (I tested League of Legends and FFXIV). I also noticed a lot of artifacts on the FFXIV stream while rotating the camera.

I see no particular mention of packet loss in the log, no dropped frames. If other games are having ping issues (if that's what you're meaning) then I would suggest the "minimize network impact" option in broadcast settings. If that fails, then you might also want to decrease your bitrate as well, because you're streaming with the majority of your available upload.

It seems that my ping fluctuates rapidly while uploading, I've tried turning on the minimize network impact option and lowered the bitrate to 1200, with the same results.

Is this something I should call my ISP about? I should mention that the above image was with the minimize network impact option and and streaming at 1200kbps not 1900kbps.

So I called my ISP today and after much debate about the speed of the line being fine I was able to get the answer that the issue I'm having is due to me being on an "MP network" which I'm assuming he was referring to that fact that my network is shared with the rest of the complex that I live in (I just recently moved here). Further tests show that while uploading (even less than 1Mbps) my ping begins to fluctuate rapidly from around 20ms to 300ms. So it seems that my issue is entirely unrelated to my OBS settings and the problem is entirely with my network. I went to the management office today and asked about getting a dedicated line that was not part of the rest of the complex and they said they would look into it for me.

Anyway thanks for your help and here's to hoping I'll be able to get a dedicated line (since I have to live here for the next 10 months).
