p6 and p7 look ahead enabled

it still this a thing? look ahead used to be on on p6 and p7 nvenc presets regardless the check/uncheck box.

Not with H265, check your log if encoding H264.

H264 seems to be OK now too, did a couple of encodes & there's no B Frames in the recordings. If I remember correctly, not only was lookahead enabled with P6 & P7 but B Frames were being inserted even if set @ 0.
