p2p stream Feature Request

Hello All

First,I want to say obs is the best software to capture game and stream it with rtmp server.
Now I want to stream my game over lan real time.I think the best way is a p2p stream without a rtmp server like this:
server:capture-encode-tcp
client:tcp-decode-renderer

I hope obs can add this feature in the future.

twitch.tv need technology like http://live.bittorrent.com/, most of time many tcp threads is better, more speed able to pass thru then one tcp thread. But need twitch servers upload all, not users. For security reasons. Delay issues again be in this case.
