Bug Report Overwatch videos lag but others don't

When recording overwatch the video is really laggy when my game isnt lagging, also when I try to record something like chrome, my desktop etc its fine just overwatch so far (Don't know if its the same for other games)

Also I somehow managed to fix it by turning on vsync in overwatch... anyone know why t thanks?
(When recording without vsync the fps shown on obs at the bottom right is 4~15fps, when vsync is on its flat 60fps)
