Question / Help Overwatch Slow with high FPS

Hi everyone,

I'm having issues streaming Overwatch. Currently I run it at low settings with 60 FPS capped. I'm able to hit the FPS but I noticed the game "feels" a lot slower or less smooth. Is there anyway to fix this? Let me know if I need to add anything else for you guys to get an idea where I might have my settings wrong.

I have 5mbps upload speed.

Set the Scene buffering time to 700, not 400.

Don't stream at 1080p60. Use a 1.5x downscale and set it to 720p30.

Don't use that webcam at 1080p resolution, it overloads the USB bus. Set it to 540p.

Those changes should result in a significant improvement.
