1. I delete OBS Studio settings and run with default settings
2. Overwatch work with 240-300 fps
3. I go settings - video and change fps from 30 to 60.
4. Overwatch fps limitted to 60 with screen lags in fullscreen mode and 120 fps in window mode.
p.s. Other games have not this problem and OBS Classic with Overwatch too
