notnhing of this helpem me!
About that i was actually streaming at 720 p than i formatted the computer and now i dont know why i cant anymore...

Use game capture instead of window capture or monitor capture, set your scene buffering time to 700 instead of 400, and most importantly, stop using wireless to upload your stream. Your wireless connection is failing you, as evidenced by the log file. Use a wired connection instead.

Ah ok the thing is that i cant anyway my room is too far for the ethernet cable , but anyway this is my speedtest with wifi on :

and i was streaming at 720 p with settings that my friend did. But now i cant and its making me crazy....

i still got this problem now i am at the point that i can stream pretty good quality but it constatly refresh the stream every 5-6 seconds for 15 seconds...

can someone help me?

If you're still on wifi, then the people who can help you are everyone else in your house or near your house also using wifi. Ask them to turn off their wifi while you stream. If they can't, then you need a wire. Just buy a long one and only use it when streaming, if you can't do it permanently.

no 1 is usint the wifi or internet and i just did a speedtest : http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/5409179589 77 download and 27 upload should be enough for streaming and i was streaming so good before the format i did on my pc. now i dont know why it keep refreshing...
