Maybe im just stupid but I cannot find those options ANYWHERE. I seem to be able to stream other things just fine, but when i try to stream overwatch my fps just tanks hard core. Was troubleshooting and surfing the web for solutions and someone said i should turn vsync on, which could totally already be the case I just cant find the option.
