overloading the nvidia codec with RTX 3060 TI

I've been having problems where I can't record heavier games at 1920x1080 60 fps, the obs just won't record anymore and when I try to stop recording it just won't. I've never had this problem with much worse hardware than this and something is happening and I'm losing a lot of recordings.

Below is the obs log when I try to record and it gives the due problem
