Question / Help Overload Encoding, Settings help.

Recently getting a lot of overload encoding while streaming. Been streaming for a year now and not very often do I change my OBS settings but the last week or so, I've been experiencing lag about every hour with my stream. Please take a look at my setting and specs and let me know if you see anything that might be causing this.

There's no stream in your log to help us understand what is wrong. Please do a test stream and make sure the log contains "Streaming Stopped" before uploading.

Change the YUV colour space back to 601, 709 has more overhead and probably the cause of your problem.
