Hello Guys,

First sorry for my bad english this is not my mother language.

I wanted to buy a package which includes a overlay/ animated banner etc for twitch livestreaming but literally every shop just sell it for 1920x1080p screens but i have a 2560x1440p Screen so i need to upscale my Animated Banner / Stream e screen picture etc. but the problem is my images and animated banners which i want to buy would lose some quality.

So tried to change the base resolution to 1920x1080 and i tried to downscale my Game capture from 2560x1440 to 1080p but i read at some threads and Posts which said my Game would look bad or it would lose some quality too.

So what can i do guys? except buying a new screen or buying a overlay and animated banner with 1440p ( Which i literally can't find i already tried but the shops are not giving any informations about their product like which resolution this product has)

So any help or advice please

Have a nice day and hopefully you can read my text lol

Just set your base canvas to 1920x1080, and for your game capture, make sure you have the resizing algorithm set to Lanczos.

If you're outputting at 1080p at the end, it doesn't matter where in the chain the resize happens -- it needs to happen. What matters is what method is used to rescale.

Keep in mind that rescaling will always take place anyway. If not on your system, then on the system of your viewer. The vast majority of users has a monitor resolution of 1920x1080 or 1366x768 (most cheaper laptops), so even if they view your stream fullscreen, their players rescale it to the player resolution.

Your primary task is not to make your stream look good on your preview and your big monitor(s), your primary task should be to make your stream look best on the players of your viewers. And your viewers primarily use 1920x1080, 1366x768, or even smaller in a windowed player. Your main banner, main logo and main text should be readable even on those low resolutions.
