Question / Help Overlay is covered by any other Source but why ??????

I need help guys i wanna stream cs and my overlay is behind the game everytime but i dont know why

Try moving the overlay to the top of the source list by highlighting it and using the arrow keys to move it.
That may work but I'm not sure..
